‘SPECIAL PRODUCTION’ is an exact copy of the Pazırık carpet, which was discovered of archaeological excavations in the Pazırık kurgan in the Altay mountains and is still exhibited in the Hermitage Museum in Petersburg. Dating back to the 5th century BC and known as the oldest carpet in the world, the Pazırık rug is woven with a Turkish knot and is famous for its depictions of horsemen and deer on the two borders surrounding the central area.
